Anyone getting ntdll.dll errors?

A new problem I am getting with 1.2.13. I only recently upgraded to 1.2.13 - just used the upgrade and the GBPVRTSMON patch from the survival guide:

But now I am getting random crashes when trying to view DVB-S channels:
AppName: pvrx2.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.0 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.5512 Offset: 00011669
Sometimes comes up right away, sometimes after a while...
The channels work in PowerCinema, so I'm pretty sure it is not a problem with my sat signal this time!

There is no sign of any errors in your logs. The last thing it tried to do though was allocating a new direct3d texture, so I wonder if its something to do with your video card?

Also look in the Windows Event Viewer for any additional info there.

I've started getting the same errors.
Programs record ok but Pvrx2 crashes after watching live tv after between 10 secs and 2 mins. here's some screen shots.

I decided to give up on the dizzy world of satellite TV. I have spent more time on it than can be considered healthy. I like tinkering with my PC's, but only so I can actually use and enjoy them! I have been using GBPVR as a working, reliable PVR with two DVB-T tuners, but adding the Nova HD-S2 had just been a disaster - I tried eveything to get it stable, and I have uninstalled / reinstalled / registered / unregistered so much that I have completely lost track! The deciding factor for me was when I got the same errors on my fresh Vista install - the same NTDLL.dll errors, fault buckets, blue screens...
So back to a stable system now - without the satellite card. Maybe it was the drivers, or the card is faulty, or my ignorance, but the time frame to return the card under distance selling regulations was nearly up. so it's gone back to Ebuyer...and a bloody good riddance to it!
