Stay logged on to forum

I have been having problems with being automatically logged of the forums if I am inactive for to long, often happens when the wife demands "her" laptop back while I am reading the forums (inconsiderate women) & then the unread messages seem to get marked a read. I was talking to ACTCMS about it & he said he didn't get logged off so I went looking through "User CP" but can't find any option to stay logged on. Has anyone got any ideas how to stay logged on??

When you go to the forum, there should be a login field in the top right with a checkbox for automatically logging in. If that is checked when you log in, it will remember you whenever you come to the forum.

I don't think that you're getting logged off. Instead, it seems that the "unseen" markers get cleared a certain amount of time after you have logged in to the site. I see the same problem here. If I get called away from the computer for a while, then all of the unseen, bold links are back to normal.
