Very slow PVRX2 startup

Hi folks,

I am having trouble with PVRX2 starting. It takes approx. 2.5 minutes from double clicking the icon to the menus appearing.

Is this normal?

System:-
Win XP Home
HDD1 20GB Partition for system
HDD1 80GB Partition for TV Recordings
HDD2 500GB HDD for Movies
512MB RAM
AMD Athlon 2400+ 2.0GHz

Any thoughts welcome.

No it's not normal. Zip and post your pvrx2 logs.

Thanks for the response.

I've been tampering myself this afternoon. The system software partition only had 2GB left. I cleared out some of the software, did a defrag, and it seems to have solved it. I guess it was just low on resources.

2 gb or 2 MB?? 2gb should be plenty of free space! Probably the defrag.
