Will GBPVR work with Microsoft.NET 3.0?

The minimum requirements state that Microsoft.NET 2.0 runtime must be installed for GBPVR to work.
I tried to install this from the link but got an error message saying it was not compatible with the previously installed item.
So I went and installed Microsoft.NET 3.0. Will GBPVR work with this version or have I really mucked things up?

Yes, it'll work with .net 3.0 or 3.5.
