My gbpvr setup has started giving me this strange error all of a sudden that there are no tv tuners available. Please see the attached jpg. I am also attaching pvrx2.log. I have 3 sources available in the config and it was working fine till just a few days ago.

Can you also post the recording service logs? .log and -native.log

I am attaching the 2 logs. In the recording service log, there seem to be lines about missing assemblies. I dont know if this is normal or not.

Yeah, it looks like some problem with the GraphRecorder plugin you're trying to use. Sorry - I dont know anything about this, so not in a position to advise.

I have seen this message when the tuner was locked to another program.
As a trial check out another free program called watchHDTV. If that program is using the tuner, and you try to run gbpvr, it gives me that message.

I also saw this if I was in gbpvr config, had scanned channels and then loaded gbpvr main program. Since I have a USB card, the fix for me is to unplug the usb and plug it in again and it works.

GraphRecorder is looking for the directShow.dll which needs to be in the graphRecorder directory. If that doesn't work add a copy to the common plugin directory or the gbpvr directory itself. (with the new graphRecorder it needs directShow-2005.dll)

Your problem will be different, and is probably because your live tv buffer directory is set to a directory that doesnt exist. Check the config app.

Hmm, even when I removed the graphrecorder plugin (only 1 of my sources depend upon it), the problem was still there. So I just restored a copy of GBPVR from my backup and it seems okay now.

directShow.dll is already in the Plugins and Plugins\graphRecorder folder but I still had the same problem. So I just restored the GBPVR folder from an older backup. Btw, I have the latest version 1.8 of graphRecorder, but there is no directShow-2005.dll in it.

If you remove the plugin, and its capture source, then reproduce the problem and repost the logs, I'm happy to take a look.
