Help CreateRecorder() failed

1.2.13 has been working well for me but for some reason all recording has stopped working today including even manual recordings.

The event log shows the following:

Faulting application GBPVRRecordingService.exe, version 1.0.3069.9824, faulting module WSTSRTAnalog.ax, version 0.1.0.0, fault address 0x0000b7a2.

I've tried re-registering all the filters but it still won't record. The RecordingService log shows the CreateRecorder() failed error. Any help would be appreciated on how to fix this.

You often get an error like this if the directory or drive is not accessable from the Recording Service, or you're out of diskspace.
