Recording pauses/skips every 11 seconds

Recorded Strictly tonight on HD and BBC1 using DVB-s and on both the recording pauses/skips a second every 11 seconds.

Any ideas why this might be happening.

Would more memory help?

recorded the results show later in the evening and all is OK.

I have recorded HD and another channel before, but is it a resource issue?

I have also attached logs now
