Thanks for the quick update, but I'm afraid the revised URL's did not work. For example, I tried Solid Gold through GBPVR, no luck... but again I could play the graphedit graph that was produced by GBPVR. KiwiFM though still works through both graphedit and GBPVR.

Hasso

I have updated the NZ radio stations again. Now everyone except UP radio works for me.

Thanks for that, but still no luck. There must be some other issue that let's me play some but not others. As I said before, they all work in mediaplayer, winamp and through graphedit... just not through GBPVR. And I don't use any other plugins such as UbuStream or ML2 which as said in earlier posts interfere with WebRadio.
Regards,
Hasso

The Swedish broadcasting company MTG have changed their stream URLs.
I have had some problems with the Webradio since a while back so this may be old news... (the problem was that it didn't live well beside other plugins that I wanted to use)

With 1.3.7 all seems to work again and I noticed the link problem...
So I updated these links and I upload the file here as well.
I also added Bandit Gbg.

Only thing left is a new version of the plugin. Big Grin
One that load faster (stream portal load in 2 sec) and show a info panel with the channel used.
Or is there something that can be tweaked to load channels faster? In my case it takes about 15-30 sec.

Most stations would only work on the PC. The only stations that would work on the MVP are those that are shoutcast MP3 streams.

As an alternative the UbuRadio plugin provides transcoding on-the-fly of several Windows Media and Real Audio streams to the MVP and PCH.

Hello, I have the same issue as Hasso, no sound but i think the rest of it works.

URL works fine in WMP.

Tried various audio renderers, no difference.

a station from the xml (updated url works fine in WMP, tried different HomeURL too):

<Station>
<Type>Radio</Type>
<Name>Kiwi FM</Name>
<Icon>Kiwi fm.jpg</Icon>
<Target>http://streaming.mediaworks.co.nz/kiwifmakl_high</Target>
<Parameters></Parameters>
<Description>Kiwi FM</Description>
<HomeURL>http://streaming.mediaworks.co.nz</HomeURL>
<CountryCode>nz</CountryCode>
</Station>

example of starting that one from the PVRX2-native log file:

2009-01-09 11:56:45.109 INFO DirectShowPlayerBase::playMusicFile(http://streaming.mediaworks.co.nz/kiwifm...WMExt=.asf)
2009-01-09 11:56:45.125 VERBOSE getSetting(PreferredAudioRenderer)
2009-01-09 11:56:45.140 VERBOSE audio renderer filter: SigmaTel C-Major Audio
2009-01-09 11:56:45.140 VERBOSE Using WM ASF Reader...
2009-01-09 11:56:47.609 VERBOSE getSetting(ListGraphFilters)
2009-01-09 11:56:47.609 VERBOSE Graph contains the following filters:
2009-01-09 11:56:47.609 VERBOSE - SOURCE
2009-01-09 11:56:47.609 VERBOSE - SigmaTel C-Major Audio
2009-01-09 11:56:47.609 VERBOSE getSetting(SaveGraphFiles)

EXACTLY what and how the GBPVR screensaver says while it is supposedly playing:

kiwifmaki_high?
MSWMExt=

is part of that missing?
multiple entries I see in the PVR2.exe log about this plugin:

Since I've never seen this plugin work, I don't know what to expect to see when I click a station. Should there be another screen? Should it launch WMP? Nothing appears to happen until the screensaver kicks in.

<Station>
<Type>Radio</Type>
<Name>Kiwi FM</Name>
<Icon>Kiwi fm.jpg</Icon>
<Target>http://streaming.mediaworks.co.nz/kiwifmakl_high?MSWMExt=.asf</Target>
<Parameters></Parameters>
<Description>Kiwi FM</Description>
<HomeURL>http://streaming.mediaworks.co.nz</HomeURL>
<CountryCode>nz</CountryCode>

no difference in results or screensaver text.

Is my filter chain OK? Since the last time I reinstalled GBPVR I no longer see any .grf files anywhere to check, I only have the log file.

PS, when I search for .grf I see the normal ones in GBPVR folder but clicking gives an invalid path error. Looking in your folder I don't see any (yes hidden files are showing)

I should have said already that live preview tv is fine
