Problem with Channel Five

I have noticed with some programs I record on channel 5 (Freesat DVB-S) that the frame rate isnt correct, sound and picture quality is good, but frame rate seems like it's from a flip book (hope that makes sense)

anyway tonight I was watching live TV through the PCH and it was the same.

I am guessing it's something specific to the channel

Anybody any ideas?

Do you have the same problem on GB-PVR on the PC, or have you only noticed it PCH? If its only the PCH, then it sounds like there is something funny in the encoding used that the PCH doesnt like, and you could try posting a link to a short recording on http://www.networkmediatank.com forums.
