New install and no / slow sound

If you're using an MVP, you'll probably want to record .mpg files anyway, so should install the Cyberlink or ATI Mux.

I have installed Cyberlink Mux and changed setting on Misc2 to Cyberlink but now my recording file sizes remain at 0.

Is there something else I need to change?

What is the output of Mux Checker on your machine?

Saved files are now .MPG but size 0.

Can you try doing a recording, then zip and attach the GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log?

It never managed to start the device. The device returned some fairly generic message. I would have thought you'd get the same with the TS Mux. Can you do a TS Mux recordings and post the logs?
