A/V not syncing with converted files

With the help of some others on this board (another topic), I was able to get autoconvert starting, learning that I have to have it set to TS Mux (Full TS and Microsoft DVR-MS do not work) and I cannot use Xvid (autoconvert won't start if I have it set to Xvid). However, now that I have it converting, the audio and video are completely out of sync. It doesn't matter if I convert to Divx, wmv, or mp4, the audio and video are always running at different speeds. Is there any surefire way to fix this?

No. Its probably a bug in the utility doing the conversion (ffmpeg). How well things like a/v sync work can varies for people due to the wide range of differences that can occur in broadcasts.
