Its crashing because you told it you have a USB-UIRT remote, but you dont. Set it back to 'Default' or 'MCE' and it should start fine.

A "USB-UIRT" is a specific product, not a generic name for USB connected remotes.

Thanks that works. No crashing for me.

Now when I click on "Live TV" nothing happens. What is missing?

Did you setup your capture source in the config app? Can you see all your channels listed in your capture source?

Yes I did. My Cingergy S USB TV Card was not supported, so I added it to the .ini and did everything like said in the wiki.
The Cinergy is recognized. I find channels during scan.

I think the mistake is my mapping.

If its still not working after you've checked the mapping, zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

It looks like you've got errors in the bda.ini section you created.

Run Filtercheck.exe, and post the filtercheck.log and I'll tell you what you needto add to bda.ini.

It seems the night did magic for me. The Live TV is working. But scaling on my 16:10 Dell is not correct. No matter what renderer i use and what monitor aspect ratio i define.

It seems its now plugged in, but wasnt before, or the driver had shat itself and rebooting fixed it.

Give me a description of what you think is wrong. Its not clear looking at that one screenshot, and not know what the source material was. From that screenshot it looks like you're watching a 16:9 video on your 16:10 monitor and correctly getting small black bars at the top and bottom of the screen.
