Dual Tuner not working simultaneosly

Hi All,
I have a Hauppauge PVR 500 TV Tuner.
Hauppauge PVR 500 TV Tuner and Hauppauge PVR 500 TV Tuner with FM Radio both configured to Capture Device #1 and EPG has been downloaded and updated.

I tried to record one show and watch another one but I just get a black screen.
Logs are attached to the post.

Any help pls?

Analog Cable subscription

One capture source should be set to device #1, the other to device #2.
