No. Patches are not posted on the wiki. There in a sticky thread titled '1.3.11 survival guide': http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=40303

You probably need to install AC3Filter. Google it.

Sub you are a genius. You fixed my sound problem!

The only thing I probably I have is that when I change channels from HD to Analog or Analog to HD the latter channel doesn't work. For example, if i have several HD channels in a row and change between them (without going through TV, which case going through TV guide works for changing all channels) they all work, but as soon as I get to an analog channel, no video or sound, just a black screen. And vice versa.

Did you apply all the patches in the survival guide?

If so, reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Okay, things are moving forward slowly but surely...

So now I have HD channels working, but on the display there is a flickering line that moves up and down the screen.

The analog channels are not working when I click up and down to go to them.

ABC-HD is in spanish and FOX-HD's sound doesn't match the video.

I've posted logs, any help is appreciated.

The rest of the other stuff I can probably figure out but the main bug is that when I switch channels from HD to Analog the Analog channels don't work and when I switch channels from Analog to HD the HD channels don't work.

This is a crucial bug that I need fixed before I can move forward in fixing my other issues. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have tried installing all the patches with my 2250 and GBPVr 1311.

I have tried the 2250 4.7 production drivers and the Jan 23 beta drivers

I have tried the ATI demux, Cyberlink demux, TS Mux.

I'm using the AC3Filter for sound.

I have tried ATI MPEG2, Microsoft MPEG2, decoders, etc

If I record two shows at once. One show always has the voice and video sync perfect, but the other show always has the voice just a little off from the video. I also see the voice video sync problem sometimes when recording just one show, but not as common. The really weird thing the .mpg or the .ts file that appears to be out of sync using pvrx2 when played using media player or vlc look okay.

Has anyone else seen this on the 2250? I'm running Vista.

I think it's an issue with AC3Filter and not your recording. If I set the Windows Playback device properties to anything other than 48k/16, I will get the sync issue when switching audio types during playback. (Like when a commercial ends and the show starts again). Pausing and unpausing will usually fix the sync until the next audio type change.

When you say 48K/16. What do you mean on which tab? I see PCM-16bit on the Main tab. I don't see anything like 48K except on the SPDIF tab which I am not using.

Thx, Howard

I mean in your playback device properties, not in the AC3 filter setup. Right click the speaker icon in your taskbar, select "Playback Devices", highlight the device you want and click "Properties". Select the "Advanced" tab and change the "Default Format".

These are the instructions for Vista but XP should be similar.
