CS4 Beta - TV Recordings does not work

As in Alibert's TV Recordings that he bundles with the TV Listings plugin.
otherwise, looks superb so far (alhough have only tested on Remote desktop so far, not on actual TV screen)

There are some image files missing from the build. We will get this corrected.
