Hello,

I have been using mc2xml to generate a xmltv.xml file. Whenever I updated my EPG, the gbpvr.db3 gets corrupted.. The only way I can get it to work is to first clear the EPG and then update it, and it works, however this deletes all my scheduled recordings.

Is this a GBPVR bug or a mc2xml bug?

Thanks!

I'm a bit busy this afternoon, but bump the thread tomorrow and I'll help you work through it to identify the cause.

Hi. Although this question is for sub, and maybe more in his realm anyway, I was wondering if you could make available a copy of your problem file, so that I might test it. I'm beta testing the new UltraXMLTV Enhancer, and want to cover all my bases...

PM and I'll get you my email address if you don't have it already

well for one, all the news shows say (no show data) on the tv guide.

and also, I sent you the db3 file once when this happened, and you had said it was corrupted.

Thanks!

Can you hit the 'update epg' button in the config app, then post the config.exe.log file?

I definitely looks like its reading the shows correctly, and pulls in a lot of listings:

Is "C:\Program Files\multimedia\GBPVR\listings\xmltv.xml" the correct file, and the listings are in the future?

yes it is the correct file and yes it is in the future. The only way I can get it to work is to delete the db3 file and then update it all over again.

Any ideas why its not working?

Thanks!
