And it's a good idea to have separate EPG-files for each capture source, so that the one which takes video from the STB only contains the channels that are not QAM.

Thanks all of you, my card has only one 4-pin connector and two antenna inputs, but there was a tiny unmarked minijack hole which I had not seen (it's quite dark at the back of my htpc) and it is actually an audio-in connector, so now I'm happy again .

I have a cheap USB light that I sometimes plug into an available port on the back of my system to be able to see the various connectors when I'm back there.
