This card doesn't appear in the config list. The similar BlackGold card does, and selecting this appears to enable the Pinnacle, so perhaps the work to add it to the list would be minimal?

I you run filtercheck.exe, and attach the filtercheck.log, I'll tell you what you need to add to your bda.ini file.
