Avermedia USB Volar HX (A827) not working

I am quite new in GB-PVR, but I have a problem with my card Avermedia Volar HX (A827 ) which is not working...

Please, can you tell me what can I do ?

I have Vista working in my Server !

Try doing a recording then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Finally I manage to do it was a problem in channels configuration !!!
