This is a simple webapp for controling GB-PVR through HIP ( http://www.byremote.com.au/HIP/Default.htm ) from an iPhone or iPod Touch.
It requires iphone-universal ( http://code.google.com/p/iphone-universal/ ), and the webserver to be turned on in HIP (File, Preferences.., Hip Web Server). Don't let the HIP web server be open to access from outside your network!
When the iphone-universal file has been extracted, we need to copy the (iphone-universal)\image folder to this location ..\HIP\http\UiUIKit-images
We need to copy the file (iphone-universal)\stylesheets\iphone.css to ..\HIP\http\stylesheets\iphone.css
The file (gbpvr.htm) should be placed in ..\HIP\http\gbpvr.htm
The icon (gbpvr_webapp_icon.png) should be placed in ..\HIP\http\gbpvr_webapp_icon.png
Now we need to edit the file (gbpvr.htm) to make it work on your system.
Do a search and replace on these strings (replace them with the urls to your system):
"http://192.168.1.4:81/gbpvr/Guide.aspx" is the GB-PVR EWA interface (if you don't use it, then you don't have to change it).
"192.168.1.4:11000" is the HIP web server.
It should all be working now, just type http://URL_TO_HIP_WEB_SERVER/gbpvr.htm in your browser.
You can now click the + button in Safari on your iPhone/iPod Touch and add it to your Home screen.
The html code is be pretty simple, so feel free to edit it
