problem recording 1 channel

i'm having a problem recording one particular channel...it plays fine for livetv, but when i try to timeshift it, or record it, i get nothing..
i believe it may be an odd size or weird pid something...attaching logs...

i thought it was a reception problem before, it came in weak, but with new antenna it comes it crystal clear, but still won't record...
it is an odd size frame:
640x480 atsc..mpeg2 w/mpa audio..
SID:2 VPID:33 APID:37 PMT:32 from info screen...

any thoughts? i tried disabling 'use cached headers' with no luck...
it was same as this before the changeover so i don't think it's related to that...

found it myself...that channel sends both audio types [ac3 + mp2] but the mp2 was blank..
i had selected the mp2 version in config capture setup, so i went back in and selected the ac3 version of that channel and it works fine..

oh it also worked fine with .ts mux from start, but i use ati mux normally and now it works with ati mux also..
they actually added 3 new call sign statons to that mux, small independants, so maybe i'll try out the multi-record feature, tho not much good stuff on them, it's better than the weather on most 2nds here in atsc land..

A good reference site is RabbitEars.Info I drilled down to this http://www.rabbitears.info/screencaps/tx...70-0_0.htm and was going to recommend you try the AC3 PID Interesting that it is 480x480i

aha, it is actually 480x480i... goofy..looks same as 720x tho..
at 15mbps it blows.....could look rocking if decent resolution[1280x],same bitrate..grr..

i saw what was happening by looking in the graphs and seeing 2 instances of ac3filter running...popped up the tray app and only ac3 was doing anything..
funny thing was, both had both audios, just in a diff order...and mp2 was never working on either! [even tho it was labeled a mp2 version..]

they had a lot of changes at 51 recently so probably goofed up the mapping somehow..
or have cheap equipment that can only do 480x480..lol

geez, look at end of that page...half of that 15mbps is wasted on null packets! 0x1fff MPEG-2 NULL Packet
