GBPVR fails sometimes to record audio

Hello,

I have been using GBPVR for years now, and on my one system it fails to record audio every now and then. All I hear is loud static.

I can attach logs if someone tells me which ones to attach that will help.

Zip and attach the GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log and GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log, and the name/time of the problem recording.

Does the video work?

What device was it recorded with?

ok here you go...

the problem recording was "mtv exposed" and it was on Sunday 8/16 5:50am to 8:50am. the video worked but the audio was just loud static.. my tv tuner card is an ATI Wonder 550 I believe..

Unfortunately the logs look fine. Given its an analog device, its most likely some ATI 550 driver issue. On this type of device, GB-PVR doesnt have to do anything to initialise/record the audio, this is all taken care of automatically by the device/drivers when the application tells it to record.
