LiveTV Doesn't Work, black screen

GB-PVR seems to crash when I try to watch LiveTV. This is the only function I've really been trying to use but when I go into the TV Guide it does list my channels, just no show details.

I'm using an XML EPG list I got from geekzone.co.nz is it possible that since I downloaded this quite awhile ago it is no longer working?

I only recently got my computer to plug into a main aerial, I had tried using 'rabbit ears' in the past (UHF ones) but found it too difficult to get a signal so gave up, although I did have some sucess and GB-PVR did seem to work.

Anyway I'm a complete n00b at this and have a feeling someone will point out something obvious I haven't done. I tried looking for an answer in the forums but didn't find anything that helped.

I really appreciate it if someone can help, logs are attached and I'm using a Hauppage HVR 2200 TV card and GB-PVR 1.3.11 (installed the latest version to try and fix the LiveTV)

Looking at the logs it seems like you don't have the required codecs to play the video.

Try Try downloading/installing/selecting these decoders:

Thank you! I changed the playback settings and it is giving me the channels when I go into Live TV.

Now the problem is that when I try to watch it says there is no signal! I'm trying to update my EPG and mapping channels but it says nothing exists.

I am assuming there may be a problem with the TV antenna jack for my room. The previous mapping scan may have been old data.
Anyway I can't test this until I get my old little tv from parents to set up in my room.

Unless someone knows a reason GB-PVR would say there are no channels?

Although I tried the codecs and have managed to get an image (one for a brief time) by using different settings I am back to black screen.

I have a feeling it's a video/codec thing but I'm really not sure if my TV Signal is very good so I'm not sure if it's codecs or poor signal.

Logs attached if anyone can help me pinpoint the problem.

I feel like I've probably missed something very simple at some point

Give SAF a try (check PM)
