GBPVR can't find Win TV Nova T 18109

I have a Dell XPS 1640 laptop running Vista and WMC. I have installed GBPVR. When I tried to configure GBPVR/Capture sources/Add/Settings, I checked "Only show devices detected on this machine". A message appeared: "No known card detected on this machine" I believe the card is a Win TV Nova T model#18109
Can I do something so that GBPVR can find my tuner? Thanks in advance.

Run filtercheck.exe from the GBPVR folder and attach the log to a post here. Someone will be along shortly after that to look at the log and sort you out.

I'm sorry but when I run filtercheck.exe a command window pops up and disappears before I can read what it displays.

It may be that the Hauppauge driver installation has gone haywire. You could try an uninstall and re-install ...

I un-installed the drivers as you suggested and I also un-installed GB-PVR. I then downloaded and installed the latest drivers from the Dell website and then re-installed GB-PVR. Unfortunately GB-PVR can still not find my TV tuner.

Thanks for that. So I will run the HCWCLEAR file the link points to and select remove all WimnTV drivers. Then I will then reinstall the drivers that I got from Dell and try GB-PVR config again.
Edit: Unfortunately, still no joy.

I'm suggesting that you install the drivers in the stuff downloaded from Hauppauge not from Dell.
