I'm not getting any channels on the scan. The scan reports negative 1000-2000 strength with 82-87% quality on many channels but does not pick up channels. I've tried using the various ini files in the BDA, 1600 sub-folder with no luck. This is on Fios. I can get the QAM channels via WinTV. I assume I'm overlooking something basic. Any thoughts?

Can you do a scan, then zip and attach your config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log? I'll check there is nothing else getting in the way of it finding channels.

Thanks sub. Since i was desperate to record my game, I copied an old scan file from one of my back-ups. The channels don't seem to have changed much so I'll just leave it for now.

Although this thread is a couple months old, I thought I'd follow up by adding that I have exactly the same setup (HVR1600 and Win7 64-bit) and exactly the same problem.

I've re-installed the software a few times, and I think the problem is that the filters don't get registered properly. The solution I've found is to open a command line window as the administrator, then run re-registerfilters.bat (in the gbpvr directory). I also found that running re-registerfilters.bat with "Run as Administrator" from windows explorer does not work (has to be from the cmd line).

Maybe an installation problem, Sub?
