but that was after the shows died. I'll try the codec pack.

Don't know if this makes a difference, but notice the times of the first 3 pending, and the time in the clock. I'm wondering if there is a timing thing.

It did it again... those 3 died...

Sub, what can I do? Do I have to wipe the system? (It's probably time.)

When you installed the new drivers, did you completely remove the old ones first?

do you have any .bat conversion files
something is locking your database
if it was me i would wipe out the database and config files and start over and make sure no post processing bat files trying to run
remove/disable any plugins

Another thing I've noticed...
In my capture source setup, I have 3 devices. The 150, a Hauppauge 500, and a Hauppauge 500 with FM tuner.

Does it matter which one I pick and which board number/capture device I set it to?

No. The PVR150/500 definitions are the same from GB-PVR's perspective, so you need to setup three capture sources, with the device type set to PVR150 or 500, and have the device numbers set to #1, #2, #3. (ie, you can set them up as three PVR150's if you want)

Just did another test, after uninstalling the drivers, (through My Computer - Manage - Devices) and then re-installing Hauppauge's drivers.

At 11:28 3 shows get started for recording (2 minute padding). At 12:00 new shows are told to stop. But the 11:30 shows (that started at 11:28) only ended up being 4 minutes long!!!

SUB, please any thoughts?

I'm not really sure based on your description.

Can you try a test where the three recordings overlap, but there start/end times are quite a way apart, then post the logs. For example

first tuner records 11:30-12:30
second tuner records 11:40-12:40
third tuner records 11:50-12:50

Then check how long each recording is, and post the logs.

If you left it playing, did it play longer than four minutes? ie I'm thinking of the PVR150/500 driver bug which can cause the timestamps to be reported incorrectly in the stream, making the recordings report a very short duration eventhough the whole recording is there.

Well, I uninstalled GBPVR, and re-installed yesterday. All my recordings are full length. I'm getting some jumpyness to the picture and audio, I think it's just the codecs. I'll have to juggle them around again, but at least I get the whole show.

I will add plugins one by one to see if any of those kill the recordings again.
