Refubished PCH A-100 are Back!

I missed the delivery of mine today.
I'm hoping to get the unit tomorrow.

Got mine earlier in the week...then got sick for 2 -days....

Spent last night running the network wire from the basement to the 2nd story bedroom....quite a feet in a 150+ year old house.

Setup my startup html page for SD version as well as the startmeup script for SD......All is well in PCH Land.

When I've written I could install a PCH in 15 minutes I didn't mean including laying cable. Big job, I have trouble with Christmas lights.

I am looking at almost the same situation here and trying to figure out the best plan. Crawlspace to attic on top of 2nd story rooms.

I have been putting off buying an NMT until I had done that, but I think I'll be doing it soon.

With the age of my house the baseboard hot-water heating was added at some point in time and the holes that were drilled to run the pipe afforded enough room to snake through a cable.....so the challenges were limited to the few tight turns from room to room and navigating the maze of clutter which is my daughters room.

Now to experiment with getting the mvpmc share on my nas box so that WOL for the server will still work.

I hope that everyone will be experts by the time I get mine. I am going to try and get in on the next batch of refurbs. I am running the wiring this week for it.
