DVD won't play

v1.3.11

When I try to play a dvd the resume/restart requester appears but I just get a black screen with no audio when I press play. Logs attached

Maybe try setting your audio renderer back to 'system default' to see if it helps. Its currently set to 'Realtek HD Audio output'.

Changed to system default renderer but it made no difference.

I played around & checked it played ok in Powerdvd & VLC.
Then tried WMP & it told me that I hadn't set the region code to 2 (it was set to 1)!
This was because it was a new build at the beginning of the year & I never use WMP for anything. I didn't realise that PowerDVD would play dvd's if the region code wasn't correct. Its working fine now Smile
