Hauppauge HVR-2250

Just curious if anybody knows how to capture from Hauppauge HVR 2250 which captures in MPG 2 but convert the MPG 2 in real time to capture in WMV.

We also need to capture in real time line 21 Close Caption.

Does anybody know how to capture line 21 on the European PAL system for the Hauppauge HVR 2250.

We are trying to locate a driver for being able to accomplish this.
