I'm in the UK and when I make a recording gbpvr names it as follows;
Eastenders_20091229 09000955
When i look inside the directory my pc displays it as

Name Date modified
Eastenders_20091229 09000955 29.12.09

Can the name that PVR allocates be altered to show the date as 291209

I have reset my PC's system date and it shows 29.12.09 and rebooted several times.
Thank you

Sorry, no - it always generates it with the "20091229" format. Making the format configurable is on the todo list though.

I think the rename recording utility on the wiki will change the format of the file name (to long or short dates)
