MP3s will not play

For some reason everytime I try to play an MP3, the screen just goes back to the main menu and no MP3 ever plays. This doesnt happen on my server, it only is happening on my client. I have reinstalled 4 times.

Do they play in windows media player? Do you have an mp3 codec installed on that machine?

Yup they played just fine. I have since scrapped the client/server setup cause it just doesn't seem ready, so don't worry too much about helping me with this issue which of course Im not really even dealing with anymore.
