Unfortunately there is no control over this. When it comes to .mkv and .avi files, it just askes Windows to play the file, and you get whatever default audio it produces.

Is it there some easy way to disable one audio from mkv file?

I'm not sure. I guess it depends which decoders Windows is picking to play the file. Some decoders may provide some way to do it.
Personally, I dont think I've see a dual audio file in last couple of years, but I guess I'm in a pretty much english-only part of the world. So unfortunately its not something I've had to deal with. I seem to remember some people used to use the Morgan Stream Switcher or something like that.

Understandable, I live in East Europe and there are common problem movies and serials with russian alternated audio, with very bad quality, which I'm personally not wish to listen
I try that Morgan Stream Switcher, thank You for advice.

You can use MKVmerge http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/ ,drag and drop your movie here and select prefered audio stream.
Or you can disable one or more tracks and save to new MKV file. This process will not reencode anything.
