First of all, Sub, thanks for activating my account.
Iâve noticed that someone else here is posting a similar problem with the ATI card, but I would like to get to the solution a little bit faster.
I have 2 DVR cards â the ATI HD-650 and the Hauppauge 2250. Both of them work fine with Windows Media Center. I can receive both analog and digital channels with no problem. My OS is Win7-32 bit Pro. I've tried them with the drivers off the installation CDs, and the latest Win7 drivers from their respective sites.
At first, I tried the ATI card with GB_PVR. I was able to get the analog channels OK, but when I tried to get the digital channels, I had no luck. I then switched over to the Hauppauge card and was not able to get either the analog or digital channels. Right now Iâm concentrating on the digital channels with the Hauppauge card. I followed the âConfiguring OTA ATSC HD Channels (USA)â guide that was posted here as a guide (and other guides). The Digital Source is set for Hauppauge 2250 (QAM), and the Device Number is set to 1. Cable Frequencies is set to Default custom (Iâve changed this to every other possibility but still nothing). Iâve tried both standard and HRC frequencies.
Iâm pretty sure Iâm downloading the channel lineup OK. Iâve used both Microsoft Legacy and Schedules Direct, and they both load about 350 channels â which appear to be correct. I do know that there are about 15 HD channels that are unscrambled. Comcast is my provider. The problem comes in when I âMap Digital Channels to EPG Channels.â It says itâs scanning 158 channels but âNo Channels Found. Please Check Your Signal and Configuration Settings.â All channels were enabled before I did this, and yes, the cable is connected.
Iâve tried pretty much all the suggestions I could find here â deleting the HyperStore Devnz folder, enabling 3 files for the firewall, re-running certain BAT files, extending login times â but no success.
Iâm including the config.exe.log, config.exe-native.log, and filtercheck.log files. I do notice some errors, but donât know how to correct them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
