npvr too big on screen

Hi folks.
I uninstalled NPVR and the folders and then reinstalled it. It works fine on the PC but through the popcorn the screen is to big for the TV. I did not change any settings on the popcorn side of things. The screen size was correct before I uninstalled NPVR.
In the startmeup file it is set as 1080p on the A100
In NPVR UI resolution is set to Auto.
In NPVR config where the MAc address for the a100 is, it is set for 1920 * 1080.
Is there another area I have missed?

Using 1920x1080 for the menu resolution in config.xml is not recommended because of the speed loss Try changing it to 1280x720. Video quality won't be an issue your NPVR videos will still play at 1920x1080

I have to drop down to 1180 x 680 to fit fit the screen here. 1280x720 was just pushing the date/time off the screen.

I actually changed mine to 1180x680 too, Default does not use a very "safe" location for the date or now playing fields.
