Please recommend tools for cutting / encoding H.264 HDTV.

Hi there.
Can someone recommend tools for cutting and encoding H.264 HDTV ?

For cutting, I'm currently using "h264ts cutter" but it doesn't seem to be accurate in cutting. Usually end up with 1 or 2 seconds more than what I have specified. Always must trial and error with the timing to get a precise cut. Looking for other alternative. Thank you!

As for encoding, I'm currently using "Handbrake" and "Xilisoft HD Video Converter".
Is there any other softwares which can convert H.264 HDTV into other formats? Prefer softwares with GUI rather than command lines.

VideoReDo TV Suite V4 supports H.264. The forum is pretty helpful as well so if you have questions, that would be a good place to start.
