PC Client Stutters Whenever OSD Is Shown

This is probably entirely off-topic, but I saw stuttering with OSD on GBPVR when I used overlay renderer... and not with any other renderer

I have the same stuttering with the OSD when using the client. The entire time the overlay is up it stutters really badly. The interesting thing is that it only does it with Live TV and Recordings. It does not do it if I watch something using Videos. The same show that stutters like crazy using Recordings is smooth as silk using Videos, even with the OSD up.

This is with a wired client. I see the same resource use as the others (less than 50%).

same here, and no improvement with the latest release. have you installed the current patches? there are two pertaining to client playback, but I have no idea if they help at all. I haven't installed them on my test client yet, really haven't had time to play with that lately.

I did install the patches and they took care of almost all of the normal stutter. I still wish it was as smooth as watching from the video plugin though. It is much better with the patches. The patches did not help at all on the OSD issue.
