Silver - New skin for nPVR

Note: This skin is discontinued and do not support NPVR 2.0.

This is my first stumblin' steps to do skin. It is based on Hairys Wave skin (thank you for letting me do this!), but it have started to evolve on its own as well.

I have a lot of things on my todo list still, so this is work in progress.
So look at it, comment, find bugs and tel me of enhancements you wish to see.

To install it, just unpack the zip in the "Users\Public\NPVR\Skin" folder and select Silver in the settings.

There is support for following Plugins:
SearchLite, System, Weather, RSSreader and StreamIt - but I have not tested the last one, as I can't get it to work on my machine... :o

Just uploaded a new version with two small changes:
* Changed the blue title color to white, as for better readability
* Changed the look in System plugin to be like the others

New version is uploaded. Fixed a few bugs. and a couple of other things.

I like this skin. It's what has kinda gotten me started on designing my own skin too.

There was one thing I noticed right away, and I think it may be a bug. In the System plugin skin (System\skin.xml), the background looks a bit off.

In Element name="ListView"

I think RoundedRect location="2,0" should maybe be RoundedRect location="0.2,0"

Thanks for your input.
The problem was not in the listview, as this is the same in both views. I needed to move the two list items a little bit.

Here is the corrected system skin file until I am ready to update the whole skin.
