Only 17 seconds recorded

I had two recordings (an hour apart and an hour overlap). One of them only captured 17 seconds with a 6mb file.

A few HDHomeRun users have reported this on XP. Are you using XP too? Unfortunately I've not found the cause.

I use strings like this No C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NPVR\Scripts\ParallelProcessing.bat to help me pinpoint < Vista

Yes, I'm using XP (for another week until I upgrade)... on another note, a recording on another device (note Ironman above) only recorded for an hour... in other words, i wonder if both recordings cut out at the same time. Something around 20:56, both digital devices stopped recording...

Yep, that has happened when an HDHR + XP is involved somewhere in the equation.

Sorry to confuse you. XP uses C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NPVR\ for the DataDir and XP seems to be the base of many HDHR problems
