Unfortunately it only fixes it 50% for me, pressing play on the folder from the folder view now works fine thanks, but pressing play on the [..] it brings up the resume restart popup (which I'm not sure is a good thing in this situation anyway?) & no matter which I select it goes back to displaying the files in the folder & just sits there.
I know at one time the [..] caused a problem with audio files too. I don't know if it is fixed but my question is what should it do. nothing? play all the files one level up like dir ..?
This is what sub said in another thread recently...
sub Wrote:There is a couple of hidden tricks you can do. If you have a folder highlighted on the list, and press 'play', then it'll queue the files in the directory and play them.
Also, if you're in a directory of files, and have [..] selected, then press 'play', it'll the least recently watched, or oldest if none have been watched. Not quite what you asked for, but can be useful if the kids want to play a video thay havnt seen recently.

If you press Play with [..] selected in the Music Library, it'll play all the files in the current directory.
