Mmmm, ah. I can try stronger coulours.

Just to confirm that you have the right skin open your TV Listings-4x3.xml in BRVE+\TV Listings & you should have

Code:
    <!-- whether to colorize scheduled recordings or not (true/false) -->
        <NamedValue name="ShowRecordingStatusColor" value="true"/>
[COLOR="red"]    <!-- whether to colorize programmes based on their genre or not (true/false) -->
        <NamedValue name="ShowGenreColor" value="true"/>[/COLOR]
    <!-- whether to show a status icon for scheduled recordings or not (true/false) -->
        <NamedValue name="ShowRecordingStatusIcon" value="true"/>
    <!-- the mode that is used to colorize programmes (1/2) -->
        <NamedValue name="ColorizationMode" value="2"/>
    <!-- adjusts the areas that are colorized (Default/SkipGrays) -->
        <NamedValue name="ColorizationFlags" value="SkipGrays"/>
[COLOR="red"]    <!-- the strength of the applied colorization in percent (0..100) -->
        <NamedValue name="ColorizationStrength" value="45"/>[/COLOR]

Yep, that's exactly the same as I have. However, it shows up like in the attached screenshot.

There is something completely wrong with your BRVE+ install it doesn't have the right images for one thing & it should look something like the attached screen shot.

I think you will have to delete/move everything out of ..\skin\BlueRetroVE+\TV Listings & then run the installer again & then update the skin file from today again & see what happens then.

I deleted the whole BRVE folder, downloaded BlueRetroVEPlus from the wiki-link, installed it and updated with the last patch. Now every show in TV-Listings is blue, except for current show which is light blue.

I'v checked that the .xml file corresponds to the one you posted, and it does. I don't understand what's wrong. :confused:

Sorry guys & gals the update I uploaded yesterday had a bug in the initial display screen & would crash the TVListings plugin (my fault for not running a full test on all the files) the attached one I have tested on my setup this time Wink

copy the .xml's & images into your ..\Skin\BlueRetroVE+\TV Listings directory, you will have to run the Change TVListings.bat after you do this & re-select your preferred layout.

Actually you should have got the crash with those files as well?? Can you try the new upload that I have just done & see what happens.

Tried it but nothing happened as far as I can see. Still no genrecolours in TVListings.

Hmmm... I don't seem to have a Change TVListings.bat only a Change Menu.bat ???
Scotch that, downloaded it again, added updates, all good to go.

Cheers,

Ok, looking good, but have two queries:

1. Something odd with the TV Listings times at the top of the page? Standard TV Guide is fine.
2. When I use the key to select it, TV Recordings correctly selects recordings, but when I use the mouse it goes into pictures?
