NPVR - Black screen and no sound on live view

Finally works with this settings in Windows 7.
Still unable to get it work on Windows XP system.

On XP you don't have the luxury of the MS DTV-DVD decoder for H.264. You'd have to try something else from SAF, CCCP or HDPack codecs.

SB the settings are from the win 7 machine.
On xp machine running Cyberlink. Tried ffdshow - nothing.
Installed CCCP but unable to select as option in NPVR settings (does not appear in dropdown menu)

CCCP is a pack of individual codecs, not a codec itself. It wouldn't appear in the dropdown.

updated registry with CCCP and still unable to see the live tv
Kind of stuck here - i guess there is no other options for NPVR on windows xp.
Any other ideas?

Try VMR9, EVR never really worked for me in XP.
