It looks like the service isnt installing for some reason. Maybe have a look in your Windows Event Viewer to check for any failure messages during install.
Or try starting a command prompt, changing to "C:\Program Files\NPVR" and running "NRecord.exe INSTALL".
I tried all above to no avail. Having a browse through the logs, I noticed that NRecord.log keeps referencing C:\, but I don't have a C, my hard drive is H:\. Could this be part of the problem? More logs attached. I couldn't find any issues in event view. I had a look in services and there was no mention of NPVR. NRecord install off command prompt executes no worries, but nothing appears in services and the same errors reoccur.
When I first did the update, many days ago now, I exited from NTray, but I didn't stop the recording service first. Could that have caused this? If that's the case, how do I fix it? Would a complete uninstall work? Is there a way to uninstall absolutely everything and then start over?
