Plugins don't work

I have tried moving to get a plugins to work on my Windows 7 system and no matter what I do they don't work. I have moved the plugin to the data directory, restart the machine and nothing appears under plugins. Is there something else I need to do to get them to work. I have the system and tv listing plugin so far and nothing....

Thank you. Here is the NPVR log. I start the npvr application and pull up settings to see if System appears in plugins. It does not. I put the system plugin under the c\users\pulbic\npvr\plugins folder.

According to that, you dont have any plugin directories under C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Plugins\. If you had a plugin subdirectory there, and that directory contained a dll, then you'd definitely see another log message (before it even attempted to load the dll).

I figured out my problem. I did not realize you had to actually copy the contents of the plugin into appropriate folders for the plugin to work. All I was doing was copying the whole top folder into c:\Users\Public\NPVR\Plugins. I have been able to get the TV listings and system plugin to work. I will be installing the comskip plugin next.

Is that just a typo on the forum or where you really copied them?
