NO LiveTV on Client

LiveTV Network issue SOLVED:
As soon I changed access to the server from direct IP to computer name I got video and sound. As I said it was something small and stupid :-)

I repeat - do not use direct IP address connection it is slowing down connection and as result it could be no video.
In addition I changed speed settings on network cards on both client and server from auto-negotiation to full duplex 1Gb
because network utilization can go up to 86% in 1Gb network and in average is about 50-60%.

You have other problems. The Colossus should max out at about 20Mbs, if you are getting 20x time either there might be errors or retries involved.

Great. Glad you got it working. (even if having to use the computer name is particularly odd)

Funny, I had the quite opposite experience, when I used computer names it took muck longer to connect that using ipnumber directly. And as Martin says, if you have a slightly bad line you may get a lot of retransmissions using 1Gb/s, so 100Mb/s may actually be faster.
