No sound on Cwedish TV4 News (Boxer)

I can not get any sound on Swedish TV4 News (Boxer)
Right mouse, audiostream say==Track1 [HE-AAC, swe)
in decoders view I can only see for HE-AAC "mainConcept AAC decoder" or disable

What should I do?

I'v found that the LAV decoder works best for HE-AAC.

I have lav decoder and have run 3 .batfiles
but no new filters in NPVR
så can you tell me how to "install"

If I look in MM_ac_dec_0.9.6.0.zip files it's only mmaacd.ax file
What should I do with this file?

Save the file into a directory somewhere (not in NextPVR directory), then run "regsvr32 c:\path\to\whatever.ax".

Use the one in Windows\SYSWOW64\

Yes, its a still regsvr32.

On Win7 you may need to run that command from a command prompt started with 'run as administrator'
