I haven't noticed anyone else mention this but I'm having a problem using the unchecked "Use legacy NPVR TS Reader and Microsoft Demultiplexer." In all regards but one, using it unchecked is better. But the one exception is really annoying...I get a time lag where the video slowly falls behind the sound. I've tried every codec combination I could and I can't seem to solve this problem. That forces me to use the checked selection which gives me skip problems but with synched sound. I've tried using the NShared, NPVRTSReader4 patches but they don't seem to make a difference. Any ideas?

FYI, ts files record just fine in NPVR. They play back in Emby without problem, although that means my ComSkip doesn't work, but Emby's skip is just fine.

If you select LAV for both audio/video, does it still happen?

Can you see if selecting another audio renderer helps? Some user have found this fixed skipping oddities for them, and I'm guessing it's to do with the clock from the default directsound device. This might also cause audio lag.

I've used every combo of decoders I can including LAV/LAV and still have the problem. I haven't tried changing the audio renderer so I'll give that a try and let you know. Thanks.

Changing the audio renderer and using a different video codec other than LAV has solved the problem. Still using LAV as the audio codec. Manual skip on IPTV is a little flaky but really not that much of a bother.
