Great, giving it a go now....

ok...you're not going to believe it but it's all working with the exception that the "Music" folder is still showing up (I re-added to see if it would show up).

So all clients can now see the server and connect rendering the folder structure for Movies and TV Shows, playing the files fine and showing TV/Movie art perfect....happy camper if we could have the music folder invisible :-)

Can you send me a dump from the library/sections url again - I think it's http://mediacenter:32400/library/sections if I've got your machine name right.

Ahh figured it out....your music is under type="artist" mine is type="music" I filter on everything but "photo" and "music"

Interesting cause I label my music section as 'music'.....

any xml file I can modify myself to exclude the Music library without having to remove it from my PMS?

No, but I've been working on adding an "only show these" part of the plex plugin, ie you'd enter movie and show and it would only show those sections.

May be able to complete it tonight.

I don't actually need/require music however why is it your plugin in wont work on these sections? Just out of interest I ask...

Laziness....I haven't written the code to deal with music and photos. I've pretty much stopped playing music on the pvr (funny, since I was the orignal author of MusicLibrary2 and 3) but since getting an iphone I use airplay.

Since buying a Sonos system throughout the house (with the main unit on my existing HiFi unit) I tend just use it via my iPhone also...great to not have the TV on to just play music...more romantic keeping my wife happy ;-)
