Hauppauge HD-PVR "unable to find available capture device"

I am new to NextPVR.

-I am currently using Windows Media Center on Windows 8.
-I have 2x HD PVR's attached to Shaw Direct Satellite service.
-I have dvblink for HDPVR installed in order to get this to work.

I am trying to install NextPVR on the same computer. The plan is to use it with XBMC eventually.

I get this error when trying to watch any channel. "unable to find available capture device"
I have the latest patches installed.
Attached are my logs.

Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot?

I also use NPVR and MC on windows 8. This happens to me sometimes after watching Live TV on MC. If i end any processes in Task Manager that are related to MC it fixes it, but this might not be your problem. Worth a shot until someone experienced can look at your logs.

Yeah it looks like it related to the device being locked by something like dvblink or wmc
