It's best to exit the NextPVR interface before powering off the monitor.

I seriously doubt that you will have better luck with 2.5.9 unless it is plugin related

I am 99.99% positive your problems will not be directly related to 2.6.2 or lots of others would be having the same issue (also I'm fairly sure none of the NextPVR code changed in this area between 2.5.9 & 2.6.2)

Okay, I checked my config.xml (attached), no MVPs set for 1920x1080.

I ran NMTChecker on all 4 NMTs, logs attached.

I tried to connect with each NMT, one at a time, with servers set to "1", NPVR logs attached.

Thanks again for the assistance!

Only one of your config.xml settings is valid and it goes the furthest. I'd set them to to 800 600 0 0 and 1280 720 0 0 for now

If that doesn't help turn off the plugins (rename each with a leading _ ie _System) and restart the recording service

If that doesn't work send your startmeup

If you are using my auto-load index files remove/rename them to get them out of the mix. (they can be added back later after you get up & running again)

Now I feel stupid. I did try several plugin after upgrading to 2.6.2. As soon as I noticed the problems with the NMTs I disabled them from Settings and forgot about them. I did not rename the folders. I will try that first.

Well it was one of the two, either renaming the plugin folders or changing the screen size settings in config.xml. Since it had been working with the setting in config.xml, I'm leaning towards a plugin problem. Good to know that disabling them from the GUI isn't enough. I'll go back through them one-by-one and figure out which one(s) is/are the culprit.

Thanks for all the help gents! The WAF just rebounded!

That's good to hear. It's probably a mix of both, I suspect some of your NMT's would never have worked. There's another thread that shows some defaults for config.xml that deal with overscan better that you might want to search out.

I have every plugin that supports the NMT & that is on the wiki installed on my test server (for skin development purposes) & my NMT's work fine hooked to it so it shouldn't be a plugin compatibility as such problem.

I suspect the original problems were likely config.xml and definitely NMT video output set to Auto but I also think some plugins have problems when they are installed and disabled in setup.
