i would ask if it possible to Support the Sat>ip Protocol

in c# have i some test samples build if it helps

In theory I could implement support for this, but I don't currently have any hardware that will act as the gateway (either IP-MultiSwitch or Master STB) so nothing to test with and hence won't be doing anything at this stage.

- give you wireshark captures
- let you on my System over teamviewer for live tests ( visual Studio 2008 installed )

The network recorder plugin support recording from http mpeg-ts streams, which the protocol says are supported. You would just need to find out the urls to use.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm not really interested in developing support for it without hardware - too much of a pain in the ass trying to develop this way, and trying to support it in future.

As Martin said, you might be able to get it working with the Network Recorder plugin.
